Kerbera keeps ’em moving at South Street

The alt rock band Kerbera landed safely at South Street City Oven and Grill and proceeded to stimulate our senses with some great music.

After travelling over 4,000 miles the band arrived at the Inkcarceration Festival to kick off this tour. They had a few dates in Ohio and then made their way down to North Carolina and Georgia and eventually they made it to Florida.

It wasn’t all that they hoped it would be this night though, Seike Clowniac was dealing with issues with his throat so he spent most of his pre-show time warming up those vocal chords the best he could and he sounded great all night. Sadly, Dave Delaine was unable able to make the tour due to Visa issues. The band didn’t let any of this keep them from putting on a great show, they absolutely killed it and the crowd loved every minute of it!!

They may be labeled as alt-rock but it’s clear the music and how it’s composed is mix of different genres. They do put on a very high energy show so I suggest you keep an eye out for them!

They are just now wrapping up The World Ends With Us tour as we write. As soon as they announce if there are going to be more shows in the US we will let you know!!

From their Bio:

Bursting out of Stockholm, Sweden with a fresh take on the alternative rock scene with their visually captivating aesthetic, anthemic, pop-punk reminiscent melodies, and crushing post-hardcore undertones comes KERBERA.

Formed in 2013, the band quickly drew attention with their groundbreaking debut single, “Inglorious“, which became a viral sensation garnering over 100k views in the first week and currently has over 3 million views.

The band have steadily released new music including nine singles, an EP and their debut full-length album, People Like You (2016), allowing them to build a dedicated following worldwide with tours in Japan, Sweden, Finland, Germany and US.

They were most recently seen on tour with Falling In Reverse last year followed by a charity tour across Thailand in support of the non-profit animal rescue organization, The Man That Rescues Dogs, of which all profits from the tour were donated.

South Street City Oven & Grill is not your typical rock bar nor is it a large venue. What they are is a great place with some of the best food that allows you the opportunity to get up close and personal with your favorite acts from various genres. We love this place and the people and we try to get here as often as we can!! You can check out South Street on Facebook as well as their website: www.southstreetnaples.com
