South Street gets rocked by The MÆnsion

The MÆnsion stormed into Naples like a typical Florida summer thunderstorm, not one person at South Street City Oven and Grill was spared from the onslaught of that sweet sound they put out.

They are currently out supporting Square Hammer, a newly formed Ghost tribute band on the Resurrection Tour which kicked off in Denver on June 1st.

Much of the music they played was off of their RÆvolution album which was released in 2018. According to the band’s frontman, Mark MÆnsion, the album is sort of a concept with political undertones although not aimed specifically at either party. It’s focused more on a “Don’t let them tell you what to think” message. There are a lot of great tunes on this one and you should check them out!!

Just like the music,  their stage presence had plenty of energy. Running as just a trio at this show Mark and Michael on bass had plenty of room on the stage to get as crazy as they wanted. Joe did a killer job on the drum kit and to top it off , he also proposed to his girlfriend and she said yes!

Please go check The MÆnsion out! If you really like them make sure you share them with your friends!

Their video for “Imagine Tomorrow” won the 2019 LA Music Video Awards for the Best Rock Video. Check it out below:

South Street City Oven & Grill is not your typical rock bar nor is it a large venue. What they are is a great place with some of the best food that allows you the opportunity to get up close and personal with your favorite acts from various genres. We love this place and the people and we try to get here as often as we can!! You can check out South Street on Facebook as well as their website: www.southstreetnaples.com
