Reggae Rise Up Florida returned to Vinoy Park in St. Pete filled with positive vibes, a strong community feel, and a diverse lineup with both established and new reggae artists, with many considering it a top-tier reggae festival experience on the East Coast, especially with the addition of interactive art installations and a great food vendor selection.
