Nonpoint and Madame Mayhem rock Orlando’s House of Blues

American rockers, Nonpoint, hailing from Fort Lauderdale, Florida continue to crush it on The Red Tape Tour as they are joined by a solid supporting cast that includes the summer’s hottest band Hyro The Hero, Madame Mayhem and Zero Theorem. The tour features five Florida dates including Destin, Fort Lauderdale, Orlando, Tampa and Jacksonville.

After 20-plus years, ten full-length releases, countless sold out shows, and over a million albums sold, Nonpoint continues to build to their existing diehard fanbase. Nonpoint currently consists of vocalist Elias Soriano, drummer Robb Rivera, rhythm guitarist Rasheed Thomas, and bassist Adam Woloszyn. With the recent departure of guitarist B.C. Kochmit who is taking time for family, Ahrue Luster who has played previously with Machine Head and currently with Ill Nino was chosen as the fill in lead guitarist for the remaining tour dates.

The House of Blues Orlando was rocking as Nonpoint has asked for your support more than ever, personally calling out to all supporters to call their friends. To tell their friend’s friends and their friend’s friend’s friends that we are coming stronger, angrier, heavier and more energized than ever.

You could certainly feel the energy Friday night as Elias asked to see fists in the air, bodies in the air or bodies in the pit and the fans came through as always. Delivering a powerful, heart-felt 16-song set was what fans expected and as always, the band delivered a vintage high octane Nonpoint set that leaves one physically drained.

The Nonpoint family is strong and was out in force to support them as they face the challenges of change.

Manhattan-born singer-songwriter, Madame Mayhem, the perfect complement to join Nonpoint on this tour with her ‘in your face’ attitude. The classically trained singer, pianist, and guitarist followed her heavy rock heart and dismissing the call of Broadway.

Earlier this year Madame Mayhem released her single “Broken.” The single was co-written with Keith Wallen of Breaking Benjamin and features Ray Luzier of Korn on drums, as well as Billy Sheehan on bass. Madame Mayhem brings a sound of pure rock, filled with loud guitars, driving rhythms, and hypnotic hooks.

For those who have yet to catch Madame Mayhem live are in for a real treat. Make a point of checking her out.
