Gemini Syndrome and the Absolution Tour made a stop at the Diamond Ballroom in OKC on Sunday night with special guests Code Red Riot. Gemini Syndrome is an American alternative metal band formed in 2010 in Los Angeles, California. The band currently consists of vocalist/messenger Aaron Nordstrom, drummer Brian Steele Medina, bassist Alessandro “AP” Paveri, guitarist Meegs Rascõn, and joining GS on his debut tour with the band guitarist Nicolas Arnold.

In addition to the show, the band offered a VIP experience where fans had the opportunity to witness an unplugged acoustic set, and then hang out with the band for pictures.

Gemini Syndrome’s debut album, Lux, was released in 2013 with positive reviews and four singles “Pleasure and Pain,” “Left of Me,” “Basement,” and “Stardust,” which peaked at number 19 on the Mainstream Rock Tracks chart.

The bands sophomore album, Memento Mori, released in 2016, hit #1 on Billboard Heatseakers Charts and produced singles “Eternity,” “Anonymous,” “Alive Inside,” “Sorry Not Sorry,” and “Remember We Die,” which reached no. 24, and spent 20 weeks on the Mainstream Rock Tracks chart.

The band is currently working on their third album which is part of a trilogy planned by the band. Their debut album, Lux, reflected birth, while  the bands sophomore release Memento Mori, reflected on death being imminent, with the third album reflecting the idea of death and the afterlife.
